• Led an Agile Release Train (ART) comprising of 6 Agile Teams to conduct a thorough analysis of the Department of Innovation and the Permit Office project management practices in the Syracuse City Government.
• Designed and arranged leadership training to impart knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) components such Kanban, Scrum, Backlogs, Agile Release Trains, Solution Trains, PI Planning, and Inspect and Adapt sessions.
